The Base and Sport trims are equipped with a 2.0-liter direct-injection SUBARU BOXER® engine, delivering 152 horsepower and 145 lb-ft of torque. For those seeking more power, the RS trim features a 2.5-liter BOXER® engine, boasting 182 horsepower and 178 lb-ft of torque. Each trim comes standard with a Lineartronic CVT (continuously variable transmission). The Sport and RS trims also feature paddle shifters with an 8-speed manual mode, allowing drivers to select from eight pre-set gear ratios for a more dynamic driving experience.
All 2025 Impreza models come standard with Subaru’s latest EyeSight® Driver Assist Technology. Additionally, models with Blind-Spot Detection, Lane Keep Assist, and Rear Cross-Traffic Alert include Automatic Emergency Steering, which works alongside EyeSight and Blind-Spot Detection to assist with steering control, helping to avoid collisions at speeds below 50 mph.
The 2025 Subaru Impreza Sport trim builds on the Base model with performance enhancements like 18-inch dark gray alloy wheels, an SI-DRIVE performance management system, and sport-tuned suspension, plus an 8-speed manual mode with paddle shifters for added control. The Sport trim also upgrades to the 11.6-inch SUBARU STARLINK® Multimedia Plus system with six speakers, LED fog lights, and wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ compatibility. Inside, it features black cloth upholstery with red stitching, a rear seat armrest with cupholders, and USB-C input for added convenience.
The 2025 Subaru Impreza RS trim, powered by a 2.5-liter BOXER® engine, adds sporty enhancements and premium features to the Sport trim, including an All-Weather Package, Blind-Spot Detection, Lane Keep Assist, Rear Cross-Traffic Alert, and Automatic Emergency Steering.
