More Wagging Tails in 2025: Ferguson Subaru Continues Dog Day Out Sponsorship
At Ferguson Subaru, we believe in making a difference—not just in the lives of our customers but in the lives of our four-legged friends as well. That’s why we’re proud to be the 2025 title sponsor of the Humane Society of Tulsa’s Dog Day Out program! Our partnership, which began in 2024 and continues into 2025, has helped numerous shelter dogs find their forever homes. Many of those adoptions have even been made by our very own Ferguson Subaru team members!
What is the Dog Day Out Program?
A “Dog Day Out” is exactly what it sounds like—a chance for a shelter dog to step outside the adoption center, explore new surroundings, and soak up love, exercise, and socialization. As part of our sponsorship in 2024, Ferguson Subaru welcomed a new pup from the Humane Society of Tulsa to our Subaru dealership every Friday throughout the year. We’re excited to continue this commitment in 2025, giving even more deserving dogs the opportunity to find their forever homes. It’s all about increasing their visibility and helping them connect with the loving families they deserve.
Since becoming the title sponsor of Dog Day Out in 2024, we have been able to help dozens of shelter dogs find loving homes, many of them adopted by Ferguson employees who couldn’t resist giving these pups a second chance at life. By bringing shelter dogs into our showroom every Friday, we not only introduce them to potential adopters but also provide them with the love and attention they need while they wait for their forever family.
Aligning with the Subaru Loves Pets Love Promise Pillar
The Dog Day Out program is a perfect extension of our Subaru Loves Pets initiative. Subaru Of America believes that all pets deserve a loving home, which is why Subaru is the largest corporate donor to the national ASPCA. Through Subaru Loves Pets, Subaru and its retailers (like Ferguson Subaru) are dedicated to improving the lives of as many shelter animals as possible. At Ferguson Subaru, we take that commitment even further by giving shelter dogs a chance to shine every single Friday through Dog Day Out!
